About Hot-Dip Galvanizing Products
Hot-dip galvanizing is an industrial coating applied for durability rather than aesthetics. As such, trailers may display cosmetic imperfections which are normal and not considered defects. Common characteristics include:
- Incomplete coverage in some areas.
- Post-galvanizing drilling in certain parts.
- Cold galvanizing in select areas.
- Slight warping due to heat exposure.
- Zinc runs or excess buildup.
- Grinding marks from excess zinc removal.
- White oxidation, especially in humid conditions.
- Minor deformation due to thermal expansion during immersion in molten zinc.
- Minor dents from handling, shipping, or container loading.
These conditions are not valid grounds for return.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price displayed at the time your order is placed will apply, even if it changes prior to CCT’s acceptance of your order.
Size Compatibility Disclaimer
Trailer dimensions are provided as a guide. While our trailers fit a wide range of boats, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all models. Individual preferences may result in a perception of incorrect size, even if technical compatibility exists.
We do not make recommendations on trailer size. It is your responsibility to ensure the trailer suits your boat’s size, weight, and purpose. Returns based on size incompatibility will not be accepted.
