Safety & Legal Requirements
Under Australian ADR 62/02 regulations, trailers over 2,500kg ATM up to 3,500kg ATM must be equipped with two safety chains mounted to the drawbar. Always ensure shackles or hammerlocks used with this chain are rated to match or exceed the trailer’s capacity.
